The Masters Tournament's social media accounts revealed the menu for the 2026 Champions Dinner on Wednesday, curated by reigning champion Rory McIlroy.

The Champions Dinner is an annual tradition dating to 1952, hosted by the previous year's winner for all living past champions at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia. The event takes place the Tuesday evening before the tournament begins.[1][2]

Rory McIlroy, a professional golfer from Northern Ireland, completed the career Grand Slam with his 2025 Masters victory, joining Gene Sarazen, Ben Hogan, Gary Player, Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods as the only men to achieve the feat.[3]

The menu features appetizers including rock shrimp tempura, peach and ricotta flatbread, bacon-wrapped dates and elk sliders with caramelized onion jam and roasted garlic aioli. The first course is yellowfin tuna carpaccio, inspired by Le Bernardin restaurant in New York City, according to McIlroy's comments to the Irish Independent.

The main course options are wagyu filet mignon or seared salmon, served with Irish champ potatoes, Brussels sprouts and crispy Vidalia onion rings. Dessert is sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and warm toffee sauce.

Wine selections include a 2022 Domaine Leflaive and a 1990 Château Lafite from Augusta National's cellar.[4]

The 2026 Champions Dinner is scheduled for April 7, ahead of the first round on April 9 at Augusta National Golf Club. McIlroy will defend his title in the season's first major championship.
